These terms apply to Uitvossen, a trade name of TLWebdesign (Chamber of Commerce 14103113, VAT NL001819230B21).

What you're buying

Uitvossen is a digital product: a purchase per game (€25, incl. VAT), not a subscription. Right after payment you get the links to run one game for two teams, with the full joker set, the map with location pings and evidence verification.

Delivery

Delivery is digital and instant: right after a successful payment you get the play links on the confirmation page and by email at the address you gave. If the email doesn't arrive, use the "resend" button or get in touch via contact.

Right of withdrawal

This is digital content that's delivered immediately. By buying, you agree that delivery starts right away and you waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

How the game works

Uitvossen is a fair-play, honor-system game: the app keeps the clock, jokers and evidence, but it plays out in the real world. You're responsible for keeping it safe — watch the traffic and your surroundings, and follow the law.

Safety and conduct

Uitvossen takes place in the real world. Safety always comes before winning — no joker, point or victory is worth putting yourself or anyone else in danger.

• Always obey the law and traffic rules. A game is never a reason to run a red light, cross dangerously, speed, or go somewhere you're not allowed.
• Never endanger anyone. No reckless behaviour, no entering private or dangerous places, no pushing or grabbing.
• Don't use your phone while driving or cycling. The driver watches the road; let a fellow player operate the app.
• Respect other people, private property and nature, and follow the instructions of emergency services and authorities. Stop or pause the moment it becomes unsafe — weather, traffic or fatigue.

The organiser is responsible for their own group: brief players on these rules beforehand, make sure everyone is fit to take part, and supervise minors.

Use

• Don't share the organizer link with players; only share team links with the right team.
• Don't submit inappropriate or unlawful content as evidence.
• The magic links are meant for your game; misuse can lead to a block.

Payment

Payments run securely through our payment provider Mollie (including iDEAL, credit card and Bancontact). We don't store any payment details ourselves.

Refunds

Is the game not working as promised due to a mistake on our end? Get in touch via contact — and we'll sort out a suitable fix or refund.

Liability

You take part voluntarily and at your own risk. Moving through public space carries risks — traffic, weather, terrain and other people — that can never be fully eliminated.

Uitvossen is delivered "as is". We do our best for a reliable game, but we are not liable for what happens during play in the real world — injury, damage, loss, fines, or third-party claims arising from how you or other participants behave.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as intent or gross negligence) or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
