Hip hip hooray, you have a birthday coming up! Happy birthday in advance! Fancy an Uitvossen party? Cake eaten, coats on, phone in hand! One team are the foxes, the other team the hunters. Along the way the children earn jokers with party challenges: sing a birthday song with a passer-by, form the birthday child's first letter or all jump into the air at once.
Who wins the hunt?

Organising a kids' party is mostly a search for something that keeps the whole group busy. In Uitvossen everyone is in a team, and every team has a goal: the foxes have to stay out of the hunters' hands, and the hunters see on the map every now and then roughly where the foxes are, and go after them.
The challenges revolve around the birthday child. Find the number of their new age, make a birthday video, all jump in the air together or find someone who will sing a birthday song with you. Every challenge earns a joker that lets you freeze the other team for a moment or force an extra location ping.
You choose where you play: in your own neighbourhood, in a park or in town. A game lasts one hour by default, so it fits neatly between the cake and the chips. Playing longer is possible too.
As the organiser you set up the game to suit your party. Playing time, rules, challenges and jokers are all ready to go, but you can change them yourself.
It's your party!
These challenges are in the game. Each team does them with the phone: a photo or a short video as proof, and the other team approves it. One doesn't suit your party? As the organiser you simply change it.
Two teams play: the foxes and the hunters. Divide all the friends over those two teams, with an adult and a (charged!) phone in each team.
From about 8 years old. From this age they can do the joker challenges well and have loads of fun with them. The adult can help by reading out the challenges, making the proof for the jokers, submitting or reviewing it, and showing the way. Older children from 12 can mostly run the game on the phone themselves. Want to play Uitvossen with younger children anyway? They will certainly enjoy the cat-and-mouse game. Do make sure there are enough adults to supervise, and adapt the challenges to their age if needed.
Children always play in a team with an adult, so never alone. You decide how small the play area is, and locations and photos are deleted automatically after the game.
Not really. You create the game in a few minutes, choose the play area and send the links to the two teams. The challenges are ready to go. Do make sure every team has a charged phone. Want to adapt the challenges or the playing time to your party? Then take a moment beforehand to go through everything as the organiser. After buying, you can log in as often as you like to set everything up. Only when you start the game do you 'use up' the game you bought.
A kids' party game costs €25 per game, one-off and without a subscription. You pay once and play that game with the whole party. It is the same game as Uitvossen Standard, with the Kids' party theme already set up for you.
Create the game in a few minutes, read through the rules, share the links with the two teams and head outside. Have fun!
