A team building game where people actually need each other

Two teams, one city, a few hours. Not a forced icebreaker, but a game in which discussing, dividing up and daring to choose simply happen.

Collaboration because the game demands it

Most team building activities have people cooperate on something artificial. It feels artificial too, and half the group politely checks out.

Here the collaboration comes out of the game itself. The hunters have to infer from scattered location pings where the foxes are heading β€” that means puzzling, reasoning and daring to commit to a hunch. The foxes have to pick a route, weigh up risk and decide when to spend a joker. Those are exactly the conversations a team outing is meant to produce, without anyone having to force them.

And because the game keeps track of the time, the rules and the evidence, none of you has to be the facilitator. Whoever organises it plays along like everybody else.

Why it works

Why this suits a team outing

No external facilitator

Buy the game, set the timings and share the links. No quote to chase, no date that depends on a supplier, no minimum number of participants.

Everyone can take part

It needs no fitness, knowledge or experience. Roles sort themselves out: reading the map, planning routes, doing challenges, arguing over jokers.

Predictable cost

You pay once per game, not per person. Whether you bring eight colleagues or forty β€” same price, no surcharge afterwards.

Practical

The essentials

Group size
From 6 colleagues upwards. Two teams, and the teams themselves are not capped, so whole departments fit.
Duration
Two to four hours is typical. Shorter works too β€” you set the play time and the head start yourself.
Where
Around the office or in a city of your choice. You set the play area and the end point, for instance the restaurant where you finish.
Cost
One amount per game, including VAT, with an invoice. Not per participant, so the cost per head falls as the group grows.
FAQ

What companies usually ask

Can I get an invoice for the company?

Yes. After payment you fill in your company details yourself and the invoice is generated and emailed straight away.

Can we put the end point at the restaurant?

That is exactly what the end point is for. The foxes have to reach the secret end point, so if you place it at the venue where you are having dinner, the whole group converges there on its own.

What happens to the location data and photos?

Photos are re-encoded on upload, which strips EXIF and GPS data. Evidence and location pings are deleted automatically after the game, and everything is hosted in the Netherlands.

Can we tailor the challenges to our company?

Yes. You can rewrite the text of every challenge and add your own jokers, so inside jokes and company-specific tasks fit right in.
